Our client came to us looking for flooring for their Cape Cod summer home. Being on the beach meant lots of sand being tracked into the house by everyone, so easy cleanup was essential, as well as the ability to fix scratches. With their modern, beachy design already picked out, this client chose to go with the natural brown color of our Chestnut Hill throughout all rooms of their 2 story ocean view home.

Not only are their floors still holding up to sand, dog nails and children one year later, but their builder also loved Sawyer Mason floors because it was very easy to install. And, since Sawyer Mason comes prefinished, there is no messy site finishing that needs to happen once the wood has been placed. An additional layer of maintenance oil is all you need to keep your floors protected and easy to clean for years to come.
