Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Sawyer Mason, including sample and Designer Box orders placed on sawyermason.com. “We” and “us” means Sawyer Mason.

Orders

  • Complimentary samples: up to 4 per order, shipped free within the United States. We may limit how many free sample orders we send to the same person or address.
  • The Designer Box is priced as shown at checkout, plus sales tax where applicable. Trade customers with a valid trade code receive it at no charge.
  • We ship to addresses in the United States only.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Colors and samples

Wood is a natural material. Every board varies in color, grain and character, and screens show colors differently. Samples show the typical look of a floor; boards in your finished floor will vary from the sample.

Flooring orders

Flooring is quoted and ordered with our team; your quote’s terms apply.

Inspect before you install. Please inspect all flooring before and during installation. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product: once a board is installed, it is considered accepted. Do not install any board you believe is defective, wrong in color, grade or finish, or damaged. Set it aside and contact us before continuing.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. If you need samples sooner, tick “Need them sooner?” at checkout and we’ll contact you about rush shipping.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

Liability

Samples are for viewing and planning only. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
