Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Sawyer Mason collects through sawyermason.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. “We” and “us” means Sawyer Mason.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • When you order samples or the Designer Box: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, whether you are a homeowner, designer, architect, builder or dealer, your project timeline, and the floors you chose.
  • When you fill in a form on our site (a quote request, sample request, dealer inquiry or contact form): the details you enter.
  • When you email or call us: what you tell us.

Payment details

Card payments are handled by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to them; we never see or store it. We receive only a confirmation of the payment and the last four digits of the card.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to record things like the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search or an ad), your browser and device, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

  • To send your samples or Designer Box and keep you updated about your order.
  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and follow up about your project.
  • To send you occasional news about our floors, if you are on our mailing list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, for example repeated free sample orders.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need:

  • HubSpot, the customer database where we keep your contact details, order and project information, and the record of your visits to our site.
  • WooPayments / Stripe, for card payments.
  • Shipping carriers (UPS or USPS), to deliver your samples.
  • Google, for advertising and measuring our ads.
  • Our website host and security providers, which keep the site running and protect it.
  • Authorized Sawyer Mason dealers, only if you ask us to put you in touch with one.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and tracking

We use:

  • Essential cookies that make the site and the sample box work.
  • HubSpot tracking, which links your visits to the details you give us in a form or order, so our team understands what you were interested in.
  • Google Ads remarketing, which lets Google show our ads to people who have visited our site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the sample box needs essential cookies. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for our business and tax records. We keep contact and project information while you are a customer or prospect and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to customerservice@sawyermason.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under that state’s privacy law; we will honor them. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
