Modern Simplicity: Developer Sconset
A modern home grounded in Developer Sconset, whose light tone and matte finish let the architecture and furnishings breathe.
The space
This modern home is grounded in its flooring. The light tone and matte finish create an effortlessly natural foundation, allowing the architecture and furnishings to breathe.
The soft, sun-washed color reflects light beautifully, enhancing the openness of each room and reinforcing a clean, contemporary aesthetic.
The floor
Intentionally crafted with minimal distressing, Developer Sconset maintains a smooth, refined surface that punctuates the crisp, airy feel of the space. The result is a seamless backdrop, understated yet elevated, that supports a modern design vision rooted in simplicity, warmth and timeless appeal.
Each engineered plank is French oak over a Para Wood core, its blocks laid perpendicular to the oak's grain so the crossed grains restrain each other and the hardwood moves less.
